Take a refreshing dip in the fern-laced Blue Hole, a sinkhole continually fed by a stream in St. Herman's cave (Please note: this inland blue hole is separate and distinct from the Great Blue Hole found in offshore Belize). Hike the trails and climb the hilltop observation tower for beautiful 360 panoramic photos of the rainforest canopy and park below. Keep an eye out for ocelots!
Continue to Belmopan, the capital city of Belize. Belmopan became the nation's capital in 1970 following the devastating impact of Hurricane Hattie on Belize City in 1961.
